GCST posted it's best finish in a Florida Swimming Championship meet in team history with a 3rd place finish at Senior Champs. 23 GCST records fell at Senior Champs as some of the oldest records on the book were replaced. Chris Page's 1999 15 & 16 100 Fly, Jen Henshaw's 2002 Senior 100 Breast, and 200 Breast, Zach Cain's 2002 15 & 16 200 Back, Dan Brancaccio's 2004 15 & 16 200 Breast, Brandon Edward's 2003 100 Fee, and Bryan Coward's 2003 17 & 18 200 Breast records are now off the books.

Sunday results....Molly Dubrasky won the 15 & 16 Girls 200 Fly (2:19.48). Greg Bowser won the 15 & 16 Boys 200 Fly (2:11.86), and finished 3rd in the 1500 Free (16:38.76). Tayler Dubrasky won the Senior Boys 1500 Free (16:06.86). Kyle Snew finished 4th in the 15 & 16 Boys 1500 Free (16:43.15). McKenzie Cassidy finished 4th in the 15 & 16 Girls 100 Breast (1:9.96), and 15th in the 15 & 16 Girls 100 Free (1:02.39). Pieter Ritz finished 4th in the Senior Boys 1500 Free (16:48.17), and 6th in the 200 Fly (2:13.99). Christian Steinwarz finished 6th in the Senior Boys 100 Breast (1:11.85). Nicholas Caldwell finished 8th in the 15 & 16 Boys 100 Free (56.81), and 9th in the 200 Back (2:12.83). Eddwie Perez-Arriaga finished 9th in the Senior 100 Boys Breast (1:11.91). Alex Latorre finished 9th in the Senior Boys 1500 Free (18:10.29). Harry Stephenson finished 10th in the 15 & 16 Boys 1500 Free (17:31.45). Nathan Caldwell finished 15th in the 15 & 16 Boys 100 Free (58.52), and 11th in the 1500 Free (17:47.58). Blake Woodrow finished 11th in the Senior Boys 1500 Fee (18:40.65). David Albion finished 12th in the 15 & 16 Boys 200 Back (2:19.16), and 11th in the 200 Fly (2:22.09). The GCST girls finished 9th in the 400 Medley Relay. The GCST Senior Boys A Medley Relay finished 9th.

Molly Dubrasky broke 2 GCST records ( 15 & 16 Girls 100 Fly and 200 IM). Greg Bowser broke 2 GCST records (15 & 16 Boys 200 Free, and 200 Fly). Nicholas Caldwell broke 4 GCST records (15 & 16 Boys 200 Back, 100 Fly, 200 IM, and 200 Breast). Tayler Dubrasky broke 5 GCST Records (17 & 18 Boys 100 Free, 200 Free, 400 Free, Senior 100 Free, 200 Free, and 400 Free). Christian Steinwarz broke 2 GCST Records ( 17 & 18 Boys 100 Breast, 200 Breast, and Senior 100 Breast). Tayler Dubrasky, Kyle Snew, Greg Bowser, and Nicholas Caldwell broke the GCST 400 Free Relay record. Nicholas Caldwell, Tayler Dubrasky, Kyle Snew, and Greg Bowser broke the GCST 800 Free Relay record.

FS Senior Champs...Saturday....Awesome night for GCST as Nicholas Caldwell won the 200 IM, Tayler Dubrasky won the 400 Free, and Greg Bowser qualifies for Junior Nats....GCST in 3rd place team standings

Nicholas Caldwell won the 15 & 16 Boys 200 IM (2:12.08). Tayler Dubrasky swam an outstanding 400 Free as he won the Senior Men's event and went under the 08 Olympic Trial qualifying time (3:58.94). Greg Bowser swam his first Junior National qualifying time in the prelims heats of the 400 Free (4:06.97) and finished 3rd in finals (4:08.77). Harry Stephenson finished 2nd in the 15 & 16 Boys 400 Free (4:08.74), and 10th in the 200 IM (2:17.36). Kyle Snew finished 4th in the 15 & 16 Boys 400 Free (4:11.17), and 5th in the 200 IM (2:16.29). Molly Dubrasky finished 6th in the 15 & 16 Girls 200 IM (2:29.07), and finished 4th in the 400 Free (4:26.44). McKenzie Cassidy finished 14th in the 15 & 16 Girls 200 IM (2:33.09), and finished 16th in the 400 Free (4:43.40). David Albion finished 10th in the 15 &16 Boys 100 Back (1:04.15). Pieter Ritz finished 12th in the Senior Boys 400 Free (4:12.79). Nathan Caldwell tied for 12th in the 15 & 16 Boys 400 Free (4:18.83) GCST Girls 400 Free relay finished 14th. FS Senior Champs...Friday....McKenzie Cassidy won the 200 Breaststroke...Harry Stephenson, and Nicholas Caldwell claim 2nds

McKenzie Cassidy led the way as she won the 15 & 16 Girls 200 Breast (2:45.39), and finished 10th in the 400 Im (5:19.45). Molly Dubrasky finished 4th in the 15 & 16 Girls 200 Free (2:06.63), and finished 4th in the 100 Fly (1:05.35). The GCST Senior Girls finished 6th in the 800 Free Relay with Molly Dubrasky, Jackie McCaw, McKenzie Cassidy, and Julie Errington. Harry Stephenson finished 2nd in the 15 & 16 Boys 400 IM (4:39.02) and made a new Junior Nat cut. . Nicholas Caldwell finished 2nd in the 15 & 16 Boys 200 Breast (2:34.97), and 6th in the 100 Fly (1:01.83). Greg Bowser finished 5th in the 15 & 16 Boys 200 Free (1:58.57) and 15th in the 100 Fly (1:03.67). Kyle Snew finished 9th in the 15 & 16 Boys 200 Free (1:59.75), and 5th in the 400 IM (4:47.64). Tayler Dubrasky finished 9th in the Senior 200 Free and swam a new Short Course National cut 1:54.91. Christian Steinwarz finished 8th in the Senior 200 Breast (2:40.36). GCST swimmers started Senior Champs with several best times. Molly Dubrasky won the 15 & 16 Girls 800 Free and swam a new Junior Nat cut (8:56.19). Nicholas Caldwell won the 15 & 16 Boys 800 Free (8:24.10). Harry Stephenson finished 2nd in the 15 & 16 Boys 800 and swam a new Junior Nats cut (8:30.71). Greg Bowser finished 4th (8:36.53). Kyle Snew 9th. Nathan Caldwell 15th. Pieter Ritz finished 8th in the Senior Men's 800 Free (8:50.56).
