Toyota Grand Prix at The Ohio State University...14 GCST Records fall at Grand Prix Meet

GCST records fell at the Toyota Grand Prix Meet. Chelsea Franklin broke the 17-18 Girls team records in the 400 Free, 800 Free (Heather Roka 2004), and the 100 Fly, which is one of our longest standing records going back to 1999 (Jen Henshaw (Seluk) 1999). Nicholas Caldwell broke13 & 14 Boys records in the 200 Free, 400 Free, 200 IM, 400 IM, and Senior Men's records in the 200 IM (Zach Cain 2002), and the 400 IM. Harry Stephenson broke 15 & 16 Boys records in the 200 IM (Zach Cain 2002), and the 400 IM (Zach Cain 2002). Tayler Dubrasky broke 17-18 Boys records in the 200 Free, 1500 Free, and the Senior Men's record in the 1500 Free.

Sunday Results....Tayler Dubrasky swam a 15:54.56 in the 1500 Free missing the Olympic Trials cut by less than 1 second and finished 7th.

Saturday Results....Chelsea Franklin swam a 4:21.37 to finish 12th in the 400 Free Consol Final. Nicholas Caldwell swam personal best times in prelims of the 400 IM (4:36.64), 400 Free (4:02.60), and finished 23rd in the 400 IM Bonus Final, and 15th in the 400 Free Consol Final. Harry Stephenson swam a personal best 4:43.23 in the 400 IM, and a 4:14.01. Kyle Snew swam a 4:52.12 400 IM and a 4:19.14 400 Free.

Friday Results....Chelsea Franklin finished 10th in the 800 Free with a 9:00.80, and 16th in the 200 Free with a 2:10 (2:06 prelims). Tayler Dubrasky swam a personal best 1:58.23in the 200 Free. Nicholas Caldwell swam a personal best 2:11.79 in the 200 IM. Harry Stephenson swam a personal best 2:16.89 in the 200 IM. Nicholas Caldwell led off the record breaking GCST men's 800 Free Relay with a personal best 1:58.05 200 Free. Kyle Snew swam a personal best 200 Free during time trials with a 2:03.16.
