How do I pay program fees?
(San Carlos, FGCU)....Fees are billed quarterly and sent by e-mail or handed out at the pool if e-mail is not available. GCST fees may be paid using 2 different options.
Option #1 - Quarterly fees may be paid for the entire quarter by the 15th of the first month in the quarter.
Option #2 - Quarterly fees may be broken down into 3 monthly payments. Monthly payments must be made on the first day of each month in the billed quarter. You will only receive a bill at the first day of the quarter using this option.
A $15.00 late charge will be added to accounts that are not cleared after the due date. Accounts not paid are considered past due at the end of the month and the swimmer will not be permitted to train unless the account is paid in full with any late fees added.
Florida Swimming registrations are renewed every September and are good for the entire following year.
How do I enter swim meets?
Meets can be entered by filling out the GCST Meet Entry form. Turn in the form to your coach with payment attached, prior to the GCST entry deadline. Meet Entry Forms are posted on the GCST Event Schedule page along with information about the meet, entry forms, hotels, and driving directions. The meets have a brief description telling which GCST swimmers should enter the meet. All GCST swimmers are expected to swim GCST hosted meets, and team parents are required to help at these meets.
It is your responsibility to turn in the form and payment on time. Entry forms turned in after the GCST entry deadline must include a $15.00 late fee added to the entry fees. Late entries will not be accepted after the entry has been sent. If the GCST entry has been finished, or sent to the host club, you can enter some meets if there is a deck entry policy by the host club. If you need an entry form you can request one from the coaches in advance of the GCST entry deadline. GCST entry deadlines will also be posted on the bulletin board at the San Carlos Pool in addition to several areas of the GCST website.
