GCST joins US Masters and FLMSC

The Gulf Coast Swim Team is starting a new Masters Swimming program under the direction of coaches Gregg Cross, and Don Henshaw.  The program is open to any area US Masters registered swimmers, and USA Triathlon members that want to get in better shape, and improve their stroke technique.
Program cost is $35 per month.
GCST is now a member of FL LMSC and US Masters Swimming.
Morning and evening workouts will be offered at San Carlos Park Pool, and FGCU.  For more information click here.
