27 new cuts...3 high point winners at GCST Winter Meet

 GCST hosted a very successful Winter Invitational Meet at FGCU on January 16-17, 2010. The weather warmed up for a great weekend of fast swimming at the Lee County / FGCU Aquatic Center.  GCST swimmers posted 27 new championship cuts at the meet. GCST finished 3rd in the team standings.
 
High Point Winners were Madi Baron in 8 & Under Girls, Sydney McMurray in 9-10 Girls, and Molly DuBrasky in Senior Girls. 

Placing in the Top 10 in points were: 8 & Under Girls - Madi Baron 1st, Audrey Delcompare 5th, Ally Bravo, and Lindsay Delayo tied for 10th, 8 & Under Boys - Zach Brewer 5th, 9-10 Girls - Sydney McMurray 1st, Madeline Willoughby 7th, 9-10 Boys - Darrien Heil 5th, 11-12 Girls - Savanah Bowser 4th, Lauren McLeod 6th, Kaitlyn Hauser 9th, 11-12 Boys - Eric Ordaz Jr. 3rd, Lucca Delcompare 4th, 13-14 Girls Courtney DeVeny 2nd, 13-14 Boys - Blake Woodrow 5th, Senior Girls - Molly DuBrasky 1st, Katelynn Lawson 5th, Hannah Albion 10th, Senior Boys - Harry Stephenson 5th.

Event Winners: Madi Baron, Savannah Bowser, Courtney DeVeny, Molly DuBrasky, Sydney McMurray, and Eric Ordaz Jr.

Swimmers with All Best Times were: Elijah Benzon, Grace DelCompare, Lucca Delcompare, Alexus Lawler, Lily Riley, Madison Riley, Phoebe Riley, and Haley Thompkins.
