USA Swimming Code of Conduct and Complaint Reporting: A Reminder

We appreciate your feedback generated by the Open Letter posted on usaswimming.org on March 23, 2010. In response to the societal and global issue of sexual misconduct, and the feedback from you, our members, and to ensure the effectiveness of the protections we have in place, we take this opportunity to highlight USA Swimming’s Code of Conduct and Reporting and Disciplinary process. 

USA Swimming has thousands of qualified, effective and positive coaches. However, for the fraction of a percent that would act inappropriately, it is important that our membership be reminded of  USA Swimming's rules and the affirmative responsibility to report inappropriate behavior to the National office, in addition to any legal reporting obligations that the member may have. read more...

GCST does not condone or participate in recruiting of members from other teams.  This practice violates USA Swimming Rule 304.3.13 and will not be tolerated.  GCST will take action against those that participate in this activity.
