GCST SWIMMERS CLAIM 4 HIGH POINTS, AND 27 NEW CHAMP CUTS AT SPRING OPEN

Sunday:  A windy day didn't slow down GCST swimmers as we claimed 4 High Point Awards.  Mckenna Fiore won the 8 & Under girls high point award. Savannah Bowser won the 13-14 Girls high point award.  Courtney DeVeny won the Senior girls high point award. Matt Nielsen won the Senior boys high point award.  GCST swimmers posted 27 new championship qualifying times for the 2012 Long Course season.

GCST Results with Improvements

Saturday: Day 2 is finished with no weather delays.  In the morning session, Anthony Pascual won the 8 & Under boys 50 Breaststoke and 50 Free.  Zach Brewer won the 10 & Under boys 100 Back.  In the afternoon session, Savannah Bowser had 3 wins as won the 13-14 girls 200 Back, 100 Free, and 800 Free.  Courtney DeVeny won the Senior gilrs 200 IM.  Hannah Albion won the Senior girls 1500 Free.  Matt Nielsen won the Senior boys 1500 Free.

Friday: On the first night of the GCST Spring Open Savannah Bowser won the 13-14 girls 400 IM, and 400 Free.  Matt Nielsen won the Senior boys 400 IM, and 400 Free.  Courtney DeVeny won the Senior girls 400 IM.  Darrien Heil won the 13-14 boys 400 IM.  Roe Marasala won the 11-12 girls 400 Free.
