With the threat of severe weather upon us, we send out timely alerts concerning practice cancellations and more.  

While we can't answer your individual requests about practice, we do send out information.  

If you are NOT getting this information, please follow the directions below closely.

Make sure your contact info is correct under your account settings. You can check this and make any needed changes by logging into the website and then go to "My Account". 

We would like to have all parents enter their cell number into their swimmer's members contact information so we can send out group specific text or e-mail information.

To add an SMS number to a member (swimers, coaches, and officials):

  1. Sign In
  2. Go to Team Admin > Account/Member Admin > Members (your swimmers name at the bottom of the page) tab
  3. Search for and click the name for whom you would like to add a cell number
  4. You will see a box for "Email and Text Messaging Setup." Click the Add SMS button to the right of the box (parents can enter their cell number for younger swimmers)
  5. A new pop up screen will appear and allow you to enter in your Cell Number and Cell Carrier. Fill in and hit the Send button
  6. A pop up will notify you that a text has been sent to the cell number for verification
  7. Have the account holder check their cell phone for this message and let you know the Verification / Validation code. Note that some cell carriers can take awhile to deliver the message.
  8. Enter the code in the "Verification Code" field and click VerifyThis MUST be done for the number to be activated for use through OnDeck
  9. The cell number will appear in the box with the "Verified" checkbox checked
