HIGH SCHOOL: 2A REGION 4 RESULTS

GCST 2A swimmers had some outstanding swims at the FHSAA 2A Region 4 meet at FGCU with almost everyone having best time swims.

Senior Courtney DeVeny is the Region Champion in the 200 IM.  Bean Faunce qualified for 2A States with her 2nd place finish in the 200 IM, and 100 Fly.

200 IM – Girls: Courtney DeVeny 1^st (2:08.63),  Bean Faunce 2^nd (2:10.73),  Bri Judah 12^th (2:29.94 PBT).

50 Free – Girls: Paige Madden 6^th (25.37 PBT).

100 Fly – Girls:  Bean Faunce 2^nd (58.51),  Haley Tompkins 14^th (1:05.19 PBT).

100 Free – Girls:  Roe Marsala 14^th (57.60 PBT).

500 Free –  Girls:  Savannah Bowser 5^th (5:02.80),  Lexi Faunce 7^th (5:08.54 PBT), Nikki McCollum 9^th (5:09.78 PBT).  Boys:  Eddie Zacka 2^nd (4:37.44 PBT),  Darrien Heil 6^th (4:51.12 PBT).
