FGCU AQUATIC CENTER POOL UPDATE

We've been having meetings all week to better determine the scope of work and a timeline for the Aquatics Center. We have determined there are at least 5 different leaks under the 50 meter, but we won't know the full extent until we start cutting into the shell of the pool. 

Before we can make the repairs to either of the pools we need to dewater the entire area to remove the ground water. It will take at least two weeks to obtain the permits to do so. We are estimating that we won't have the permits in hand until the first of the year. As soon as we have the permits to dewater we will begin the repairs.

At this point, we still don't have an exact timeline because we just don't know what we will all find underneath the pools.  However, our first priority is the to get the 50 meter pool back up and running.
