GCST swimmers turned in some good swims at the Summer Series IV meet at Sarasota on July 11, 2009. Madi Baron, Jonny Ponce, and Emily Summa won all of their events. PJ Green won the Senior 100 Back. Kevin Ordaz won the 10 & under Boys 50 Breast.  Helen Westlake won the 11 & 12 Girls 200 Free, and 50 Fly. Natalya Westlake won the 10 & Under Girls 50 Breast, and 50 Free. Madeline Willoughby breaks GCST 8 & Under 50 Fly and 100 Fly Records GCST 8 year old Madeline Willoughby qualified for the 2009 Long Course Junior Olympics at the Sarasota YMCA Last Chance Meet on July 11th. Madeline qualified in the 10 & Under Girls 100 Fly. Madeline Willoughby (8 & under girls), Madison Riley (10 & under boys), and Blake Woodrow (11 & 12 boys) won age group high point trophies.  Madeline Willoughby broke the GCST 8 & Under Girls 50 Breast record. A small group of GCST swimmers are competing in the FLA Senior Circuit Meet at the Ft. Lauderdale Aquatic Complex.  Friday Night...Molly Dubrasky finished 2nd in the 200 Free (2:10.73), and 4th in the 100 Fly (1:07.00).  Kyle Snew finished 3rd in the 400 IM (4:58.63).
