GCST competed at the FL Spring Senior Champs in Orlando on 3/9-12/2023. We had several good swims and many PBTs at the meet. One highlight of the meet was to see Katie Ledecky break her own American Record in the 1650 Free on Sunday night with Cadence Fort in the Final heat also.
