It is very important to keep hydrated with cold liquids during hard training sessions. Drinking during practice helps maintain good training performance. Several GCST swimmers participated in Water Safety Day on April 19, 2014 at the San Carlos Park Community Pool. The event was organized by Lee County Parks & Recreation.
