The Florida Age Group Championships (FLAGS) meet information letter is now posted on the Event Page.
Meet new people and have great food at meets, all while helping young swimmers and the team. We are always looking for a few good men, and women! The Friday Night at the Races Meet #2 is now in the books. Despite cool temps, GCST swimmers put up some good swims. Several swimmers competed in their 1st 1650, and had some nice swims. From Campus Rec... We started dewatering the 25 yard pool this afternoon utilizing the preexisting wells around the pool!!! The water level has already dropped a little over a foot. We expect the area to be dry early next week. We hope to start repairs on the 25 yard pool by the later part of next week as long as the water level is down far enough. We are still trying to locate the preexisting sock drains that are underneath the 50 meter pool. Exploratory work for these sock drains...

2014 GCST Annual Awards Luncheon Holiday Inn GCTC BANQUET IS SOLD OUT AND FULL. Each swimmer is limited to 4 non-swimmer attendees. Event will be capped to the first 190 tickets sold. Registration will be open until March 5, 2014 or until the limit of 190 attendees is met, whichever comes first.
GCST swimmers made 4 new championship qualifying times at the Swim Florida New Years Kick Off Swim Meet on January 17-18, 2014. Rachel Jamieson made her first FLAGS qualifying time in the 10 & Under Girls 500 Free. New Cuts: Rachel Jamieson, Nicole Rodriguez, Lucca Silva, and Matthew Verwest. 6 GCST Senior Performance 1 swimmers travelled to Stuart, FL for the 1st Senior Circuit LCM Meet of 2014. With cold and windy conditions throughout the day, best times were hard to come by. Regardless of the conditions, Bean Faunce stepped up to win the 200 Fly (2:26.65), the 400 IM (5:16.94), and finish 2nd in the 200 IM (2:34.18). Savannah Bowser won the 400 Free (4:37.28). Blake Woodrow finished 2nd in the 1500 Free (17:02.55), and Eddie Zacka finished 3rd in the 1500 Free (17:02.62). Meet Results
