In swimming, a novel activity can be as simple as a stroke correction and the training volume can differ from longer sets to faster speeds. The list of athletes registered for 2014 can be found under the " Swimmers" link after login. Please check this list to make sure your swimmer is registered.   Unregistered swimmers will not be able to attend practice or compete in meets after Dec. 31, 2013.   All current members must register online to continue team membership. The registration system will be closed after midnight on Dec. 31st, and reopen on January 2nd. Registration Fees will increase at that time. Start Registration

The GCST Holiday Training Schedules  for Thanksgiving, and Christmas / New Years have been posted.   We also have printable versions available online.  

The Junior High Performance Team will move from FGCU to San Carlos Park Pool starting Tuesday 11/25.   Practice times will be 5 to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday. The Silver Team will change to 4:30 to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. All Other groups will continue with the same workout schedules. Practice Schedules
