The 14th Annual GCST Awards Banquet is now over.   We had a GREAT time with almost 200 swimmers, parents, and coaches in attendance.  Everyone looked great and the swimmers received some nice awards.

The GCST Summer Open scheduled for June 15-17, 2012 at FGCU will be the last qualifying meet for US Olympic Team Trials.  USA Swimming extended the entry deadline to June 18 at 1PM Central Time.

Please review our Swim Meet Rules and Information with your swimmer.  These policies have always been in place since the beginning of GCST in 1998.  We have now posted them under the Swimmer's tab.  These policies were made to help us present a more uniform, and strong team image at swim meets.  They also help new GCST parents understand proper team ettiquete, and expected swimmer behavior at swim meets. If you have any questions regarding these swim meet rules, please contact your coach. GO GCST!!!

Bean Faunce broke the GCST 13-14 Girls 50 Breaststroke record at the CAT Jingle Bell Meet on Dec. 2-4, 2011.  Bean swam a 38.99 to replace Jackie McCaw's record in the event. We missed picking up the record due to the format of the meet, and the LC times not coming into reports properly. We are working to get this fixed.
