Our normal yearly workout schedule starts Monday, August 18th for the San Carlos Park, and FGCU pools. Morning workouts for high school swimmers starts Monday at 5 AM.  Workouts are offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5 to 6:15 AM.   All Senior Team swimmers (SR1 & SR2) will be at FGCU on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and at San Carlos on Tuesday, and Thursday from 4:30 to 7 PM. GCST is pleased to announce the addition of James Foltz, who comes from Mission Viejo Naddadores in California as our new Bonita Springs team coach.   He has worked with all levels of swimmers, and is ready to grow the Bonita Team.   Come to the pool on Monday, August 18th to meet coach James at 4:30 PM.

The Summer Team program ends on August 28th.  If you are a Summer Team swimmer and want to continue or move onto the Annual Team in the Bronze Group, you will need to re-register through the Online Registration System. Annual Registration is $100 for existing members and includes a 2015 USA Swimming Membership that is good until December 2015.   That's $25 cheaper than new members will pay.   Summer Team swimmers must register by Sept. 1st to continue swimming with the team.  

The 2015 registration system is now open for all existing team members. All existing Annual GCST members must register for 2015 by November 30th.   The fee is $100 with discounts given for multi child families when registering all at the same time. All Summer Team families that want to continue attending practice after August 28th, must register before Sept. 1st. The registration fee will increase on December 1st to $125. REGISTER NOW HERE  

Congratulations to the following 21 GCST familes that did over 75 Service Obligation Hours from Sept 1, 2013 to August 3, 2014.   These families will get one month FREE from dues on the highest billed child for their commitment to GCST and our hosted meets. Savannah Bowser has been selected to the USA Swimming Scholastic All-American Team based on her GPA, and qualifying times from the 2013-14 school year.  Hard work in the classroom, and the pool pays off!! Congratulations Savannah!!!

Important Dates: Morning workouts at FGCU will end on Friday, August 8th.   Summer League GP Championship Meet on Saturday, August 9th. Team Break from August 11th to 16th. Practice resumes on Monday, August 18th.

The GCST Bonita Springs Team will start back on August 5th under Coach Christian Steinwarz. Christian is a former GCST swimmer that was very successful at the club, high school, and collegiate level.  Christian is very excited to get the program rolling at the Bonita Springs Pool, and welcomes back all past GCST swimmers.
