GCST swimmers have a blast at Juniors...Time drops in 11 of 14 swims for best JR. Nationals ever The Long Course Junior Nationals in Seattle, Wa has been the most successful Juniors for GCST ever. Heather Roka cleans up at Master Nationals with a 2nd and two 3rds Thursday Results: A big day for Heather Roka with 2 swims today. Heather finished 2nd overall in the Women's 200 Fly with a 2:30.35 and 2nd in her age group.Heather also picked up another 3rd in the 400 Free with a 4:40.50. at the USA Masters National Long Course Championships in Indianapolis, IN.  Florida Zone Team wins 3rd title Blake Woodrow helped lead Florida Swimming to a 3rd straight team title in 2009 Southern Zone Age Group Championships held in Orlando, FL on July 28 through August 1st. GCST swimmers turned in some good swims at the Summer Series IV meet at Sarasota on July 11, 2009. Madi Baron, Jonny Ponce, and Emily Summa won all of their events. PJ Green won the Senior 100 Back.
