GCST Senior swimer, Kyle Marshall has comitted to the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in Odessa, TX. Kyle will be competing in NCAA Division II for the Falcons in the Fall of 2011. 6 GCST swimmers have been selected to the Florida Swimming All-Star Team. The team will compete against the Florida Gold Coast All-Stars in a duel meet on March 26-27 at Indian River State College in ft. 4 Team Records Broken...Molly DuBrasky broke the GCST Senior, and 17-18 Girls record in the 100 Fly with a 56.43 and a made a Short Course National Championship qualifying time. GCST swimmers had a great weekend at the Florida Age Group Championships. We had 6 new team records. We had 3 new relay records. We had 15 new championship quailfying times. We had 79 of 105 swims were best times. GCST Results. 11-12 girls finish 2nd place team standings. 10 & Under girls finish 4th place in team standings GCST girls finish 4th in team standings. GCST swimmers had an outstanding day on the last day of the Florida Swimming Age Group Champs in Clearwater. GCST finished 7th in Team Standings despite only being the 12th largest team in the meet.
