GCST had a good Senior Champs with a strong finish after a tough start. Several swimmers posted PBTs, and qualified for Finals. Top 10 Finishes: Cadence Fort 3rd 800 Free, 8th 200 Breaststroke, 6th 400 IM, 6th 400 Free. Keanu Garnier-Chan 8th 800 Free, 9th 400 Free. Nicholas Kirby 9th 200 Fly, and 7th 1500 Free. Kallen Garnier-Chan won the 200 Free, 400 Free, 800 Free, 100 Back, and 200 Back. He finished 2nd in the 50 Free. Kallen also broke the GCST 11-12 Boys Team Record in the 200 Free. GCST finished the meet 12th in Combined Team standings, 13th in Girls Team standings, and 14th in Boys Team standings. One of the key things swimmers learn over the course of the season is what it takes to improve in the water.
