Florida Swimming has posted the Top 10 Lists for 2011-12 Short Course, and 2012 Long Course seasons. GCST swimmers making the lists are: Short Course: Savannah Bowser, Kaitlyn Hauser, Courtney DeVeny, Molly Dubrasky, Zach Brewer, and Darrien Heil. Long Course: Mikayla Puckett, Makailey Hauser, Savannah Bowser, Bean Faunce, Courtney DeVeny, Molly Dubrasky, Joshua Benzon, Zach Brewer, and Darrien Heil. Congratulations to these athletes!!!

The practice schedule has been updated and will take effect on Monday August 20th. Please view the schedules on the Workout Schedule page, or by individual group Calendars for more details. Senior Team will be at FGCU on M, W, and F. Tu, and Th at San Carlos. Junior, Gold, and FGCU Bronze at FGCU on Monday thru Friday. Silver, and San Carlos Bronze at San Carlos Park Pool on Monday thru Friday.

The GCST Bowling Party on Saturday August 18th was well attended with over 40 Silver and Bronze Team swimmers and parents present.

Tuesday Finals: Molly Dubrasky swam a 2:16.64 to finish 8th in the C Final. This was Molly's first time in finals at the US Open. She will be competing in the 400 Free on Wednesday morning. Prelims start at 9 AM. Tuesday Prelims: Molly Dubrasky swam a very good 2:15.83 in the Women's 200 Fly to finish 21st in the prelim heats. Molly will swim tonight in the C Final at Indianapolis, IN. Tuesday: Savannah Bowser finished 4th in the 13-14 Girls 800 Free with a 9:17 on Tuesday night and 7th in the 400 Free on Thursday with a 4:32. Team Florida finished the meet in 2nd place and won the Open Water events.
