All GCST swimmers should have an insulated cooler at practice. Temperatures are starting to rise quickly during our afternoon workouts. It is very important to keep your swimmer hydrated with cold liquids during hard training sessions.  Clear plastic bottles are unacceptable as they heat up quickly in the sun.  The swimmer then has nothing but hot water or Gatorade to drink during the workout.  Disposable plastic bottles are NOT allowed at any GCST workout at any pool.  Each swimmer should have an insulated plastic jug, with cold water or sport...

We have added some new incentive prizes to the list found on the SAT page.  There is still time to move to the top!  All current GCST members are required to participate in GCST fundraising programs each year. Team members are responsible for a minimum of $100.00 per swimmer in the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Groups, $125.00 per swimmer in the Junior Group, and $150.00 per swimmer in the Senior Group.
